Choosing the device

Hi guys,
I'm looking to build an application in VS2005 beta2 which i can distribute
over any pocketpc (including those with mobile phone capabilities).

How do i specify this to VS?
When i create the project what device do i select?
Currently I've selected PocketPC 2003, but i'm just wondering if i need to
worry about Windows CE 5.0 devices?

there is no way to generate a single CAB that will be deployable to
WinCE4, WinCE5, and SP. in VS2005, New Project, you need to select either
VB or VC# and then under Smart Device choose PPC2003, SP2003, WinCE5,
or magneto as appropriate and build for each.
