Is the Office Web Component or a similar technology available w/ .Net CF? I
need to create charts and graphs at run time.

Mooseworks have a couple of charting components for .NETCF:-

There is also Pocket Chart FX:-

AFAIK there isn't a crystal reports product that will work in the compact
framework. You can create reports on a server and send them to the device
exported as pdf or html etc but they don't have a product for generating
reports on the device itself, and I've not come across such a product.
