Change Registry settings

Is it possible to change values in the Registry for
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\COMM\NETWLAN1\PARAMS?.

Do you mean from within an application? If so you should take a look at the
OpenNETCF.org Registry Library: http://www.opennetcf.org/registry.asp.
