I use The Cab Builder in VS .NET 2003 when deploying an
application to a Pocket PC. Sometimes the cab builder works
and I can see several DOS windows flash on the screen and
the cab file dates are curent. However, many times when I
click on the Cab Builder nothing happens, no DOS windows
flash on the screen, and the dates on the cab files are not
current. Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix
it? Sometimes I'll just restart my laptop over and over
again and eventually it will work, but that can take days.
Any help here?

Jarod,

Clear out the OBJ folder that is created inside your project and re-run
the CAB builder.
