Batch file

Does anyone know if there is a possibility to write a batch file (as .bat or
.cmd files
in dos) for pocketpc? If yes, how?

No. Pocket PC has no command-line interpreter or shell.

What about in an emulator like PocketDOS or XTCE?

Not sure, as I don't program for the PPC often. The CE command-line
processor (available in non-PPC builds) does run batch files, so I would
assume others would as well.

Get PocketConsole and then the CMD prompt from here:
http://www.symbolictools.de/public/pocketconsole/
and then you can run .bat files (I haven't tried .cmd files).
