I have stock in Travelers Class A in a Schwab account. When I download my
account info from Schwab into Microsoft Money, I get Schwab's ticker symbol
for this, TAPA. But Microsoft's ticker symbol is TAP.A. (Note the period
in front of the "A".) So, there's a mismatch when I update prices with
Money's "update internet information" Any suggestions?

Thanks.

That is a deficiency. You can change the symbol to tap.a, and when
you do your Schwab download, Money will ask about which is the
correct symbol.

I had that problem, for a while. I am thinking you can keep telling
it that TAP.A is okay.
