receiving statements/entering transactions

I download my transactions from the bank, money says I have 1 statement to
read which says that I have let's say 5 transactions. So I click on the
statement and nothing happens. So now it's been a couple of weeks and it
still says I have 1 statement but not I have like 35 transactions. Why are
they not showing up in bold in my register like before. HELP?

Try File>Repair Money File>Quick File Repair. If that doesn't work try
File>Repair Money File>Standard File Repair.

DO A BACKUP FIRST. MAKE SURE YOU CAN RESTORE FROM THE BACKUP. Consider also
simply making a COPY of your *.mny file.

What do you get when you select to view unaccepted transactions only in your
account register?
