problems viewing transactions after downloading

Although account statements download properly and show up
on screen, Money will not allow me to view and therefore
accept the transactions into the register. When you go to
the accounts area it shows the account with the number of
transactions in brackets with the current date of the
download, but will not allow access to view them.

Can anyone help?

Close Money

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles.

Then open Money with Start->Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

Download your statement again.
