I just upgraded from 2001 to 2003. My online connection with US Bank doesn't
work now. Online services manager says: "US Bank has updated its online
services. Follow these steps to download these updates into your file."

When I click "accept" it downloads for a few seconds, then nothing happens,
it still doesn;t work. US Bank support says it is not them. MS KB has
nothing on this problem. Do I need to change banks?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been a US bank customer for years and never had any problems with any
version of Money. I do seem to remember when I upgraded to $2003 (almost a
year ago) I had to go to the On line service manager and select "modify
services".

"Modify services" is where this problem occurs. I don't think it is
completing the operation.
