Money is heavily localised for the banking and tax laws in each country. So
US version is different to UK version and so on. When upgrading you MUST
stay within version, so US > US or UK > UK is OK but UK > US is not
possible.

The message you are seeing is because you are trying to upgrade across
version. I suspect you are trying UK > US.

Thanks for your explaination.
However, how do I know what localised version I have? Is there any trial
version from UK money?

Thanks.

The latest UK version is M2005, so as you are referring to M2007 that is
only available as US or Japanese!

See http://money.mvps.org/product/UK/2005/standard.aspx for details.
