Your best bet may be to open a support case directly with Microsoft at
http://support.microsoft.com.
You could also search groups.google.com for this newsgroup, but this is a
fairly unique report.
You may also have a data file corruption problem, but under the
circumstances, it will be a little hard to troubleshoot. You might try to
create a new data file, setup one account, and see if you can download it.
If that works you might be headed down the data file corruption path. If it
fails, the problem is somehow environmental. If possible, another approach
is to try your data file on a different system with M01.
