    - 2004 to 2005 2005 created alot of bogus duplicate accounts with negative balances and e-pay and a-pay are not an option any longer in pay bills even though billpay is active. Been on the phone with tech support 4 times in the last week last time they said they'd call back with an answer--it's been 3 days. Anyone have any ideas? I'm a longtime user of money and like it but 2005 has really messed things up. Tech support has created alot of backups on my comp. hard to tell if I have any good ones anymore.     - 2004->2005 upgrade 2005 messed everything up. Now have duplicate accounts,duplicate expense catagories, E-pay and A-pay are no longer a payment option in bill payment, MS billpay has duplicate checking acount called xxxxxx checking#2, been on phone tech support 4 times in the last week last time being 3 days ago and said they had to research the problem and would call me back -not yet called. They've created all kinds of backups I don't know which one is good anymore! anyone have any ideas? been using 2003 and 2004 flawlessly for 2-3 years and would like to get 2005 going.     - Can't cancel Billpay-> can't remove MSNMoney data I'm trying to 'start from zero' on the whole money2005/MSNMoney/Billpay sync thing. I disabled msn sync in money2005, removed money2005 data from msn, and cancelled my billpay account 4 days ago. But still, when I try to use the 'Remove my MSN Money data' settings tool, it says i need to cancel billpay first. Also, I still see old billpay details and account in msn money home page. Support (email, online, phone, msn, checkfree) is entirely useless. Maybe i should start over with a new passport. Or maybe i should give up on the idea that it's possible to achieve accurate billpay/msn/money2005 synchronization.     - Money Sales Tax / VAT In Money, it is possible to keep track of the VAT in both expenses and income. Although, on the invoices/accounts receivable, it is impossible to keep track of VAT on the actual invoice, it only has an option for sales tax, which get added onto the final price.     - unique problem importing qif statements I'm having a problem that no one else seems to have addressed in this forum. I use my CheckCard as a debit card when I can, but many stores only support credit card transactions. For all the credit card transactions, Money truncates the text for the transaction in the qif file, so that for each entry it only gets through the first 15 characters or so. In my bank's system, that only contains the date and "EFT TRANS"-- nothing about the vendor. So when I import I get a statement that looks like this: EFT TRANS 10102004 EFT TRANS 10102004 EFT TRANS 10102004 EFT TRANS 10102004 The vendor names all come after the date but Money never sees this. Debit card transactions work fine because the vendor name is listed first. Is there a way to fix this so I don't have to go through and change the vendor name for each credit card transaction?     - reconciling account Hi - fairly new to Money (05) and I think I dont understand how the whole reconciliation thing is supposed to work. Example - I write a check to someone for 123.45 and I go into the register and record it. Several days later the bank cashes it, Money downloads it and asks me if I want to match these 2 transactions. I do - so I hit accept. Looks good, till the next time Money gets an update from the bank and it asks me to match it again. And again, and again..... What makes the match stick for good? Am I doing something wrong? I always enter my transactions manally as my bank is a little too slow (IMHO) in posting transactions. In Money 04, when I downloaded transactions (via MSN Money) it would try to match transactions I already had with the downloaded ones. If one didn't match automatically, you could easily make it.     - Printing Laser Standard checks in M2005 Apparently something was "fixed" in Money 2005 that wasn't broken in Money 2004. Using "Laser Standard" as the check type, the line on my checks that prints the amount in words (e.g., "Twenty-seven and 34/100******") does not extend across the width of the check anymore. Depending on the amount of the check, that line might extend anywhere from 25% - 65% across the width of the check, leaving a noticeable gap. This is the first version of Money where this has occurred (at least for me). Money Support determined that "this is how the product works".     - Money 2003 won't load Yesterday when I loaded money it gave me a popup with an offer for an upgrade to Money 2005. I tried to accept the offer. but when I was about to complete the offer I noticed it had an old email address. This was the email address that was in MS Passport. I no longer have the ISP that is associated with that email address. I didn't want to complete the transaction since I wouldn't be able to receive emain at that address. So I went to MS passport and tried to change it. It wouldn't let me change it so I deleted that passport account and made a new passport account with my current email address. When I tried to load money, it wouldn't load because it said "The sign-in name you entered is not associated with this file". I tried using the new email address I had created, it wouldn't load. I used the old email address, it wouldn't load. I tried disabling the internet and using the old name, it still wouldn't load. When I login into money as user1 I can download my credit
card statement into my without a problem. But when I am
logged in as user2 the downloads will not work. The
computer quickly does something when I initiate the
download but I don't get and error message and nothing
happen. Note the same file is used on both login cases?

Any help out there??
