I have MS Money 2003. I'm recording my mortgage payments, but I recently
sold the house. Is there a simple way of "zero" out the account without
marking the account "closed." By marking the account "closed," MS Money is
recognizing the mortgage account as debt. MS Money 2003 still calculate the
mortgage under "Loans and Liabilities."

Any ideas?

I'd account for the sale and that component of the sale that moved the money
to pay the loan off. See http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=110.
