Any users who connected to their Passport protected Money data file
between the hours of Noon on Monday 26 July 2004 and 9am PDT Tuesday
27 July became locked out of their Money file for their next access.
When you next tried to access the affected file, you received this
message: "The sign-in name you entered is not associated with this
file. Please enter the correct sign-in name or open another file."
After intense work and anguish, a cure was announced late July 29:

This works as-is for most affected users right away. Those who were
signed in with a Passport different from that used to protect the
Money file need to sign out of Passport and sign in with the same
Passport associated with the file before again going to the above
URL.
