Two accounts at one brokerage

I would like to have both my accounts at my brokerage download transactions.
Right now, it only lets me set up one account. Why?

If both accounts are linked at your brokerage company then you should have
no problem. I have about 5 different accounts at Schwab and they all
download properly.

If the two accounts have separate authentication information you can also
set that up to download both of them at the same time.

When you enter the new account and then point to the financial institution,
the next question asked is if it is if the account uses the same account
information. Select no and follow the questions.
