I have two checking accounts:

Personal and Business:

I want to track my budgets seperate. How do I accomplish this task?

File->New->NewFile.

If you already have both accounts in a file, you could copy the file
to a new filename. Open each, and remove the part that does not
apply.

Once you have worked with the two files, the list at the bottom of
the File menu will make it handier to switch back and forth.

Also, I think that Money will not include an account marked as a
business account in a budget, but I am not sure.
