I have IE 7, MS Money 2007.
I have four investments that will update and reflect the total shares owned
but it won't take the share price and compute what is the total cash value of
the investment.
On MSN Money site it does list my shares and the value of the investment.
I don't know why MS Money 2007 won't give me the same information as MSN
Money. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried MS support but they had no
solution.
My other investments are fine.

The accounts I am having a problem with are:

John Hancock
TAGRX (A & B shares)

Putnam
PHSBX

Thrifty Savings Plan
C_FUND
F_FUND
I_FUND
L_2040
S_FUND

Like I stated on MSN Moneys website all these accounts reflect correct
shares and balances. My MS Money 2007 reflects correct shares but no value.

If the data is being "scraped" by a third-party provider (and that's what I
think you have), then this is a known problem with investment accounts. This
capability was added for M07 and really doesn't work very well.

I don't think it is fixable, Giavid -- I just gave up on using this
capability.

The only solution is to change brokers to one that has direct access to
Money.
