    - Money Plus install problems Help!!! I have a laptop running XP Home. Attempted to upgrade Money 2007 to Money Plus. The money plus install failed to load all the necessary componets, and suggested I try to reinstall. Same result with second attempts. Wrote MS an email describing problem. Received two emails with 45 step process that was to correct a known problem. As you probably guessed this did not solve my install problem. Anyone else run into this problem, and have a resolution?     - How does everyone categorize credit-card payments Hi all: I maintain both my checking and creidt card accounts in money. When I make a payment from my checking account to the credit-card company I categorize that transaction using Credit Card Payments as an expense.     - Reports inaccurate Money 2007-The Monthly spending and income report is showing a figure under the unassigned income category which is bogus figure. When I click it, it says there are no transactions for that figure. However when I view the transactions by category figure and select income categories, the report is accurate and there is no figure for unassigned income. So now my income is off by this amount. The problem developed today when I downloaded some transactions and categorized them. Tried money file quick repair and reset the report but didn't work.     - .OFX Files I am running Vista Home Premium 32 bit with Money 06 - Canadian Edition. My Bank sends its account data in ofx files. There is a conflict between Money 2006 and another programme. Both use ofx files. I did work out how to set the system up so that I can direct the ofx file to whatever programme I choose. However, when I take the saved ofx file and direct it to Money 2006, with Money open at the Bank Account, nothing happens. There has been reports of mice scroll wheels not working with the register in Microsoft Money My setup: Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 Intellipoint 6.2 Money 2007 In the register - if the scroll wheel is moved slowly, nothing happens. If the scroll wheel is moved fast, there is some slight movement. In reports, if the wheel is moved slowly nothing happens. If moved fast, then there is significant scrolling. I tried turning on and off scroll acceleration in Intellipoint. It made no difference. In the same computer I switched to a MS Wireless Optical Mouse - same problem. On the other hand I hooked up a wired Dell mouse - scroll wheel works like a charm. It does appear that this is some strange interaction between the MS mice and Money. Hi all again. Here's question 2 of the day (thanks for your patience).

In my Bills Summary screen (I'm using Plus H&B) I have a few bills where the
Payment method is "Write Check" but there is a "Pay online" check-box option
also. What will Money actually do here if, when this bill is due, I check the
Pay online box and then click the Pay Online button?

Will Money actually request my financial institution to "make out a check"
and send it off or something?
Will Money just enter into my local register and do nothing else?

What will happen?

(I really just plan on writing a check myself but am curious what Money will
do here).

Yes but, if you set the option to create 'Drafts', it may create the =
draft which you then have to send as a separate step. That's so you can =
create multiple online payments and submit them as a batch.
