Keep backups in case you want to undo something!
You would File->Export (Loose QIF) from each account you want to
copy over. You would File->Import those as new or recovered accounts
into the receiving file. If there is more than one, then do them all
at once using Ctrl+<click> to select the files. That allows Money to
match up different halves of transfers.
Expect to make adjustments. Printing out the transactions you are
copying over or having the exporting file open on a different
computer may be useful to refer to while you are looking to see if
anything needs fixing up. There are things you cannot move this way.
