Transactions not downloading

I have money 2005. For a week now it has downloaded my bank balance but NO
transactions. Tried several times to download the info but only the balance
showed.
How do I get my transactions to show up?

I'm having a similar problem in Money 2004. I have direct statements and
electronic bill payment services enabled for a new checking account. I've
recently made my first bank transaction, and in the column to the left of
the transaction register it says

"Downloaded: (date) at (time)
Balance: (value)
Items to review (2)"

But there are no transactions listed in the register and the Ending Balance
does not match the downloaded balance. Do I have to somehow "review" the
downloaded "items" before they show up in the register, or do I otherwise
have to manually enter the transaction before Money will display a
downloaded transaction so it has something to reconcile?

This is all fairly confusing, so thanks for your patience.

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles.

Then in Money do File->RepairMoneyFile->QuickFileRepair for good
measure.
