    - money 2003 All right first I was getting the cannot enter transactions then I reinstalled money and then did the checksku and it said that those 3 .dll files are missing.     - closing prompts to end internet connection When closing Money 99 it always asks me if I want to disconnect from the internet, if I am connected. How do I stop it from asking? I don't use the internet with Money, but if I am connected at the time I am using Money it asks this and sometimes it pops up when I go to click on something else and I end up disconnecting when I don't want to. I can't get the trial version to upgrade. I have my activation number and I found a knowledge base article about this. However after I follow the link, put in my activation code and hit submit, I get a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. Does someone have the correct link so I can redownload this???     - Transfers between accounts I am having a problem with transferring money between accounts at different banks, when I transfer money between accounts at my primary bank (BOA) the transaction shows up at the same time in each account, money in money out on the same day, however when I transfer to accounts at other institutions (or pay a credit card) there is a lag between the time the money leaves BOA and when it shows up somewhere else, usually about 1-3 days. This causes problems when I download statements from both places, if I mark the money leaving BOA as a transfer to the other account then the money is added to that account register immediately, then when I download the statement from the account that I am transferring to it shows up twice in the register... this can be a real hassle to track down and fix.     - Grrr...Budget and Debt in Money 2004 Whenever I create a new budget, things seem to be just right. In the "Enter Your Expenses" screen of creating a new budget, all of my loan payments (car, house, studen loans) show up under the budget group Debt. These are scheduled monthly bills to the mortgage company, banks for the car loans, student loans, etc. They showed up here automatically as I would expect. Now, whenever I finish the budget and then go in to look at my current status against the budget, things get very bizarre. When I'm looking at my actuals vs. my budgeted amounts I see a "Special" budget group that has two entries. The first is Debit and the second is "transfers out of budget accounts". For the budgeted amount of the debts category for the month of June, I only see 171.55. Whenever I created the budget, the debt was approximately $3k. If I look at the budget status for next month, the debt amount changesto 1532.08 which is still well short of what it showed when I created the budget. Any ideas? My first thought was reinstall. The Money CD started and then said there was a problem with Norton Antivirus. Neither MSFT or Norton's site revealed a solution. I uninstalled both Norton products. Uninstalled Money. I then reinstalled money. The Money reinstall did not bring up any warnings and appeared normal. However, w/o either Norton product installed Money returned the same error msg. missing: RequiredInfoState

Freshly built Windows 2000 PC with SP4 - no virus checkers of any
kind.

Error occurred when I installed to
D:\Program Files\Microsoft Money
D:\Program Files\MSMoney

it WORKED fine when I installed to
D:\Utils\MSMoney
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money

possible it has an issue with being installed to D:\Program Files

Tried all of that - none of it worked for me on a fresh Win2K+SP4
install

I tested it quite a few times and what consistently worked is not
selecting a sub-directory of "D:\Program Files" to install to.

I use "D:\Program Files", but it is on XP.
