Hey, I just saw this in that FAQ:

>The FAQ used to say that "it is not clear that Microsoft views this as a
>bug or an issue or a problem worth fixing." They complained and said they
>"do take performance problems very seriously [and] devote time and energy
>to improving performance."

Did MS really complain to you because of something in the FAQ?

If by addresses you mean solves, yup, that's probably about the size of it.
We provide answers, not miracles.

[Relevant to Money2001 (v.9) and up]
Money 2001 and up
Money 2005 eliminated [implicitly applies to M06]
Poor performance in Money 2001 and up
People have tried any number of things

If you want that resource, or any posters here, to tell you that "Money2006
is slow for you and getting slower because of X and if you do Y your problem
will be instantly solved," you came to the wrong place looking for help.
Many of us have lived with slow and slower Money for A LONG TIME. If we had
a magic wand we'd give it to you. And if you had a better answer you
wouldn't be here asking the question.

But hey, don't take my word for it. What would I know about it? Try this
link instead:

http://groups.google.com/groups?as_q=slow&num=10&scoring=r&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&as_ugroup=microsoft.public.money&as_usubject=&as_uauthors=&lr=&as_drrb=q&as_qdr=&as_mind=1&as_minm=1&as_miny=1981&as_maxd=16&as_maxm=11&as_maxy=2006&safe=off

When I did it just now, I see 1,220 posts on the subject. Maybe one of them
hold the silver bullet you are seeking.

Ya I hear you.

I kind of was hoping for a magic bullet.

Hopefully MS will listen someday soon.

Thanks for the info
