Sign in problems

I would like to know why nobody contact me from MS to let
me know that the solution was available. I had to go to
this newsgroup to find it out.

When I call to report the problem (3 times) I've told that
MS would contact me via phone or e-mail.

My phone number is (305) 446-6479

and my personal e-mail address is olgamanuel@msn.com

This is a peer to peer newsgroup and it is very rare to find anyone from MS
here (apart from this week!)

They are probably working on the backlog of calls if you called through to
their call center

Your phone number will now be available in newsgroup archives around the
world forever. It is not a wise idea to post this kind of stuff to Usenet.

Spammers and virus mailers routinely harvest Usenet posts for email
addresses. It is not a wise idea to post real email addresses to Usenet.
