Right now I have Money 2002. I was thinking of upgrading
to 2004 just to stay current. I was looking at the money
website trying to decide what the differences will be and
they don't seem to have much info against 2002. Are there
any worthwile differences?

TIA

I got the Money 2004, and installed on one of my computers. I haven't got
chance to explore. But from what I heard, the main difference probably be
the Payee Rule Manger that began from 2003 version

Otherwise, M2002 will work just fine.

You might want to hold off thoughts of upgrading to 2004 as MS typically
release a new version in later summer/fall.
