Have been using Money for several years now, but have yet to setup my TSP
account therein.
Does anybody have any suggestions or "modus operandi" for this task?

It's easy now. Just set it up like any 401 K account with matching funds
from the employer. The C, F funds etc get a daily valuations like any
mutual fund. The only difference is that you cannot update their prices
automatically over the internet.

After every paycheck, login to the TSP site, look up your balance of the
shares for C fund etc and execute "buy's" with the correct updated prices.
