I installed the Money Trial and then later paid for the
upgrade. I had to reinstall the program after rebuilding
my machine and there is not way to tell the trial version
that I have paid to upgrade it. It just says the trial
has expired and closes down. Microsoft, of course, is not
answering the messages I have sent.

How do I reinstall Money with the Trial Upgrade?

Try setting the date on your computer to a time when the trial had
not expired. Then enter your upgrade code.

Don't loose that code. Store it off of your computer as you also
store copies of your Money file and/or backups off of the computer.

Did you figure out how to get this registered? I don't
have the code that it takes to register it. I assumed
they would have it.

I had this same problem when I reverted from 2005 (duplicate transactions).
I got the trial expired message when I reinstalled the 2004 trial, so I
opened a brand new file and then I was able to go to Tools>Upgrade and enter
in my activation code, now I am back to 2004 and working, but now 2005 will
not allow me to re-upgrade my trial...it just keeps getting better and
better.....
