Downloaded the file from Citibank as I do each month and clicked it to
process against existing MSMoney credit card account. None of the 66
transactions showed up in the MSMoney file. I deleted it and re-downloaded
a couple times. Same results. I was able to apply it to a new MSMoney
account that I set up. I was then able to export the original file, export
it and then import it into the newly created file.

I had similar problems the other day with a QIF file. In the case of the
QIF file MS$ terminated. I'm beginning to think that there is a fundamental
problem with MS$ 2004 and the conversion / update of an existing MS$ 2003
.mny file since the imports work with newly created MS$ 2004 accounts. As
with the previous problem with the QIF import there are no errors reported
when I run a file recovery.

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles. You might want to decrease
the size of the Tools->InternetOptions->Settings Amount of disk
space to use to perhaps 50MB with dialup or 20 MB with broadband.

Then in Money do File->RepairMoneyFile->QuickFileRepair for good
measure.

Download again.

Thanks for info. I had done a standard repair prior to posting. No change.
The downloaded items were still not visible.

What is the difference between quick repair and standard option?

Quick repair reindexes the database. Standard does other repair
options.

The repair was an easy, safe, and perhaps unneeded portion of
actions I was suggesting. The IE6 temporary files was the main
thing.
