Problem with downloaded transactions

I use Money 2004. When Money downloads the transactions
from my bank, it no longer matches the transactions with
information in the bills and deposits section. Example.
Say I have a bill for $75.00 in bills and deposits. Well
the bill is paid (online bill pay), and that transaction
is downloaded into Money. Well at the register the
transaction is there but the bill in bills and deposits is
never matched and removed. What happened. It use to
work, but now it doesnt. I hope this makes some sense.

Any help appreciated!
