My Online Services for Transaction Data Download were
working properly for approximately 1 yr. July 15th was my
last successful connection and download. I now get the
following error: "There is a problem with the data
received from this online provider. If the problem
persists, contact the providers customer service for
help". I called Citigroup and they said that it is a money
problem - they were useless. I am running Money 2000 and
haven't changed a thing. Did the service end? Does the
latest 'Update Internet Info'have an error for Citigroup?

I found the same. The apparent response file (*RS.txt) says "This
URL is no longer valid please contact your Financial Institution". I
got that by holding down Ctrl+Shift while clicking Connect.

Citicards works with Money 2003 and Money 2004. It would be nice if
they were attempting to work the problem with Microsoft.

Thanx.. This was my last chance of trying to figure this
out. There is nothing in the knowledge base that matched
my search criteria using 'citi' - so I wasn't sure how
prevelent the problem was. Thanx again...

It's a Citicard master card. I have Money 2000. Unfortunately, Microsoft
has ended support for my version. Do you know what web address you connect
to?
