A company working with MS Money 2003 is sending its
accounting to me as a Money file.

Although I have also purchased MS Money 2003, I can not
open the files I receive. It says "Money cannot open this
file because it was created by an incompatible version".

I tried to call Microsoft for help, they say they cannot
give any support since Money is not being marketed in
Turkey. They provided me with a US phone number but that
is no help either. The person answering that number gives
an 800 number to call. I tell her that 800 numbers can
not be called internationally but she says she has no
other numbers to give.

Any suggestions?

All Money files are country specific ........... a UK file can only be
opened by the UK Edition of Money and US > US, etc. You will therefore
need to have the same country edition of Money as the company sending you
the files.
