Just got a reply from Scottrade:
Dear Client,
Thank you for email. At this time, we are having technical difficulties with
our MSMoney servers. We ask that you try to retrieve your account information
directly form the MSMoney account within a few days, as we are working
diligently to resolve the issue. We are sorry for any inconvience we have
caused you.
