When I try to restore a backup file, I get an error message "Your
sign-in information could not be verified. Go online, and then reenter
your sign-in information." Even though I have selected "I don't need
to use online features that require Passport at this time."
Very frustrating, as this is a laptop that is not typically connected
to the internet.
