Money will not update

two days ago my Money update will not update anymore. update not update failed

any ideas?

I've noticed the same thing, haven't been able to update since yesterday. With
continued use of Money, you'll get used to it... It'll clear up on it's own
eventually.

What program are you guys using, and what updates are you referring
to? Quotes? Third-party FI?

For me, it's the account update via MSN Money -- often, 1 or 2 accounts error
out, sometimes, they all work, but right now (and since yesterday morning) none
of them are updating. I'm used to it though, at some point, they'll start
working again :)

There is a temporarily problem with some of those that is being
worked on.

So far it has not cleared up. I am still getting Update Status "Update not
complete".
Apparently this is a Microsoft issue according to the article pm MSN Money
Network Status - hope they fix it soon.

I'm using Money 2006 and it's claiming to update, even telling me me how many
entries I have to review, but none of the entries are showing up in the
account register view. This is only with accounts from one bank - my credit
cards and my other bank account work fine.

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles.

Then in Money do File->RepairMoneyFile->QuickFileRepair again.

Still not fixed? Go to Tools->Settings->OnlineServiceSetting and
select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. This
appears to be a global (inter-file) setting.

Download again.
