Having converted from Quicken.

I have two issues:
1. How do I get Money to import the user-id's and PIN/Passwords for my
brokerages from the Quicken file?
2. How do I do the equivalent of Quicken's Compare To Portfolio to make sure
that the downloaded information matches what the brokerage has.

On 1, Money does not import password information.
On 2, I don't know how that feature works in Quicken, so I can't comment.

I don't know how Quicken does it.

Money compares the what it has with the position data from the
broker download. It offers to adjust the Money positions to match
the downloaded positions. Those differences in my experience are
usually transitory since the broker has often not adjusted for the
most recent transactions in the position data. But Money lists the
differences.
