Money2002 tax software report gone

I posted this several months ago and received no response.
I have Money 2002. Tax Software Report has disappeared. I
went to Tax Reports. When I select Tax Software Report
then select Go To Report/Chart it says it is loading but
nothing happens. It just sits there and tries to load. I
get no report.

I also went to Reports Gallery and selected Taxes. There
is an icon for Tax-Related Transactions,Capital Gains and
Loan Interest but no icon for Tax Software Report.

I went to Google and used advanced search and could find
no other message about this issue.

Has anyone else had this problem? Can someone help me?

Does this happen with more than one Money file? (Try creating a new file to
see).

I upgraded to Money 2004 and I still am not able to get
Tax Software Report. I sent an email to Microsoft
Support. I certainly hope they can help. Thank you all. I
will keep you posted.
