I use Money 2004 Deluxe. Recently I noticed that the Money file suddenly
shrank from 15MB to 12MB. I don't see anything missing, and the only
obvious incorrectness is that Money combined two financial institutions
(Fidelity Netbenefits and Kemper Funds) into one! I had to re-assign the
two investments to separate financial institutions again. By the way, I ran
Money's Standard Repair utility on both the current 12MB and the previous
15MB file, and the only oddness it found was in the reports.

Otherwise, everything still seems correct. Is it normal for the Money file
to shrink so much from one usage to the next?

Every so often it looks to see if it can shrink wasted space out.
