My .02
I'm not gonna pretend I'm a guru at all, ( as Cal knows) but I had similar
issues last year.
Your file is OK without doing the download ?
If you don't have a recent one, back it up.
Then , my fix was as follows:
My bank allows me to download as money or quicken file from their webpage.
If you can too, elect to download quicken file from your bank's webpage
and SAVE AS
Money.qfx
File - import - download statement - THAT file into Money.
I had to do that for M2004 once it got to be "too old" (3 yrs). My bank
changed the format for Money files ( per MSFT agreement I think ?) but the
quicken save works fine. That's still how I do it. I download Checking and
Visa separately - save as qfx files and then import each into Money
account.
