Strange behavior in my trial Money 2006 configuration. I've added 18 various
accounts- credit cards, brokerage, savings. Several different financial
institutions. On 9/5, I only had a few accounts, and they worked. I had set
them up weeks prior, and they had worked so far. I added the rest of them on
9/6, and while they were able to be added, the existing accounts (which
happened to be Bank of America accounts, which were Fleet accounts until
recently, adding an extra variable to this equation) showed up as an
"unsuccessful update", but the rest of them downloaded their data
appropriately. I figured it was because I had inadvertently interrupted the
download when I logged in. Tuesday, none of my accounts would sync up.
Today, Wednesday night, they still don't work. However, now I find, upon
closer inspection, that all of and only my accounts that are linked into
Money via Yodlee do not work (error codes 1001 and -2000). Any of the credit
cards that store the login info within Money work fine, and I've got 3
different credit cards from 2 different companies set up this way and working
fine to prove this. I thought perhaps the account that Money creates to sync
with yodlee behind the scenes was somehow corrupted, so I created a new
passport account, created a new money file, and I can no longer add a new
account- even though I added it successfully on Monday. Adding insult to
injury, I can't contact Microsoft customer support because the product ID of
the trial product doesn't seem to allow me free customer support from
Microsoft. Please help!! I'm about 48 hours from buying Quicken...

I add a similar problem with nationalcity. I was able to do auto updates
for a week then it stop working. I now just manually enter transactions now
and check my bank account online to verify that transaction cleared. In
your cased with so many accounts to keep track off auto update would makes
things a lot easier. Everything I was told to try, failed to work. So I
gave up. I haven't tried in a few weeks to see if auto updates with
nationalcity is working correctly. It could be fixed now, but since I'm
happy with manually entering transactions, I'm not even worried about it
working.

Shadowz, thank you for your feedback- were you using the trial version of the
software, or fully licensed version?

I have the same problem with 05. The only way I have been able to get the
downloads to start working again, is to go to MSN Money (on the web) and add
the credit card again. Then I have to go into MM 05 and update and merge
the duplicate accounts. Everything is working good on the Yoodlee side it
is when Yoodle "talks" to MS Money.

Good luck
