Money 2004 Small Business Invoice Error

I purchase Money2004 Sm. Bus. 2 days went through the set
up. When I try to use the Money Invoice Designer link, I
get the following error everytime:

Component 'dhtmled.ocx' or one of its dependencies not
correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

I have reloaded Money and IE6 w/ High encryption pack. I
have searched TechNet and Knowledge base. There are no
hits on the dhtmled.ocx and Money search strings.

I need help or I'll have to take this back and purchase
Peachtree or some crap like that!

No Joy .. I tired regsvr32 and no luck, it reports it is
successful, but still the Invoice Designer reports the
same error when attempted to open.

Any other suggestions?

Have you tried downloading and installing the latest Windows Script
components from the Microsoft website? That solved a similar problem for me.
