    - How does everyone categorize credit-card payments Hi all: I maintain both my checking and creidt card accounts in money. When I make a payment from my checking account to the credit-card company I categorize that transaction using Credit Card Payments as an expense. But how do I categorize the transaction on the credit-card account side. The transaction is neither an expense nor income. Ideas? Thanks -Mike Tag: Money Plus install problems Tag: 234604

    - Reports inaccurate Money 2007-The Monthly spending and income report is showing a figure under the unassigned income category which is bogus figure. When I click it, it says there are no transactions for that figure. However when I view the transactions by category figure and select income categories, the report is accurate and there is no figure for unassigned income. So now my income is off by this amount. The problem developed today when I downloaded some transactions and categorized them. Tried money file quick repair and reset the report but didn't work. Help!!!

I have a laptop running XP Home. Attempted to upgrade Money 2007 to Money
Plus. The money plus install failed to load all the necessary componets,
and suggested I try to reinstall. Same result with second attempts.

Wrote MS an email describing problem. Received two emails with 45 step
process that was to correct a known problem. As you probably guessed this
did not solve my install problem.

Anyone else run into this problem, and have a resolution?

I'm also having installation problems with MS Money Plus Deluxe on my laptop
which has Windows Vista Home Premium. Keeps telling me it's missing
"C:/Program Files\MSMoneyPlus\MNYCoreFiles\checksku.exe" and then telling me
to reinstall which I've done a couple of times - no luck. Any suggestions??

Mine would not even get that far until I turned off DEP for all but critical
Microsoft files - it then installed and ran fine.

I was able to fix the problem by using Dial-a-fix v0.60.0.24 and secedit.exe
(was included with the download). Under the tools menu it has 'Repair
Permissions'. It took awhile but it allowed me to install Money Plus with
no problem after it was finished. I have XP SP2 Home
on my PC.
