Money 2000 Online Download Problem

I am having problems downloading account balances online.
I never had a problem prior to July 2003, but now after
Money 2000 downloads the balances, it wants me to choose
an account to match with the downloaded account number.
When I point it to the right account name, it gives me a
message indicating "the bank associated with this account
has already been enabled for Online Services through
another service provider. Please create another

Perhaps the process described in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;175508 will
do it.
