The way you'd need to do it is to export all of the accounts into QIF format
and then import them into the newer version.

In the latter KB article, MS have updated it for Money 2005 (it appears a
menu item has moved).
You can't transfer some information this way, such as scheduled
bills/deposits or planner data, so that would need to be entered manually.
It is possible to have to versions installed at once (although you can only
run one at a time). This might help the conversion.
