Money 2007 H&B Invoice Designer

Hello All,
I am struggling with the Invoice Designer.....it either messes up my logo
(too large or too narrow) or when I try to re-dimension anything I completely
lose the lay-out.

Is there any way to design/edit the invoice templates outside Invoice
Designer? Maybe opening with another software?

Any help will mostly appreciated.
