Hi,
I have Money 2002 and when I now use the investment search or investment
details (or any item in the MSN money Investor menu) it takes me to the
upgrade page below
http://www.microsoft.com/money/order.aspx

It never used to do this. However a few weeks ago I did download the trial
version of Money and did not really think it worth the money over Money 2002
so I went back to Money 2002 so I bet the trial version changed the registery
with the web site. How to I get the correct web sites (msn money central)
back in the MSN Money Investor menus ?

Thanks

I would appreciate a response from MS regarding this issue!

I have the same problem with Money 2002 and from reading the posts, do not
see any reason to upgrade - except MS is shutting out 2002 users. I can no
longer get my financial downloads Reviewing the setup I see the note that I
need to use the MSM passport - which I did.

If Money 2002 is shutting down, can someone from Microsoft please state this
directly and explicitly? Time spent searching the MS help labyrinth is
wasteful.

Thanks

This is a peer to peer newsgroup so demanding statements from Microsoft
won't get you very far - they aren't here!

AFAIK M2002 doesn't have a deliberate cut-off. The only occasion anything
like this has happened was that in fixing a problem with a later version
caused M98 (I think) to stop downloading and as M98 was well outside it's
maintenance window MS didn't fix it.

The following may help http://money.mvps.org/faq/article/186.aspx
