Does this happen in all files? Try a new file and see if it does the same
thing. Also, does it matter what you do in Money? If you open and
immediately close, do you still get the error?

My feeling on this is that you will get the error in all the above tests,
but since this isn't common, please give them a try. My instinct on this is
that it isn't a Money issue at all and that the real issue is with the
Internet Explorer files. Which version of Money is this? Try repairing
Internet Explorer, updating the version, or remove and reinstall it from
your Money CD. Another thing to try would be to remove and reinstall Money
to a new folder, and although you may want to try that first because it is
easier, I do feel that you'll need to do something with IE.

It happens only in Money (2004) and only when I close,
and it doesn't matter if I'm online or offline
I will try to reinstall Money tonight and see how I go
