I have reviewed online the current info. on Money Plus Deluxe but am puzzled
about the difference between the program "Money Deluxe 2007" vs. "Money Plus
Deluxe". Is this really the same version or is Money Plus Deluxe an upgrade
to Money Deluxe 2007 (which I currently run)? Also, if an upgrade, what are
the differences?

The differences are fairly subtle.

Thanks for the truthful response. I was not really sold on upgrading unless
there were adequate improvements. However, I wonder why the title of the
latest version is Microsoft Money "Plus" Deluxe. Could they be moving away
from selling annual versions such as Money Deluxe 2007?

The other thing is that downloads in M2007 will stop after 2 years or 1st
Sept 2009.
