Hi! I just bought an Acer Aspire with Vista Home Premium. I tried to install
Money Deluxe 2007 and I got an incompatibility message.

Money seems to have installed but as soon as I get to the Sign-in page I get
a message that says my sign-in info is not valid. I checked all the info and
everything is fine but I still can't sign in. Does anybody know what the
problem is?

Can you run MM? I have got VISTA Ultimate 86, 2 GB RAM, Radeon X 1950 Pro
and MM 2007 Delux works exellent.

Money 2007 can only use previous from North America. You did not
state what the message was, so it might be "incompatible version".

Are you trying to create a new file, or use an existing file? If it
is an existing file, see

No, Money will not run. As soon as I enter my e-mail address and password it
says they are not valid and shuts down.

I am having the same exact issue. I have run thru the help tips from
Microsoft, all the chaging to my security, connection, etc in internet
options. I am at a loss as what else to try. Could it be because I am using
the program on my XP machine? I just got this Vista machine to replace the XP
machine. Any help would be appreciated.

OK clarification for my previous statement.

I bought Money 2007 for my XP machine back in January. Works fine on the XP
machine even now. when I install on my Vista machine I get a message like the
OP. It says "Your sign in information could not be verified. Go online and
reenter your sign in information."

I am entering my correct windows live ID. I am trying to use an exhisting
account. No it will not let me create a new one either I get the same pop up
as stated above. I have tried opening with my current back up from my XP
machine and then deleted that and tried as a fresh opening with no accou nt
info or back up. (deleted back up from Vista machine)

If M$ going to try to charge me to help with this problem??

Did you go thru all of the steps of
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/891338/en-us ?

Try creating a new file with File->New. Don't put a LiveID on the
file by selecting Decline during startup. Does that work?

That working would tend to say the problem is not with the
installation

Not if you choose the free support via support.microsoft.com/money

Have your serial number from Help->About to enter as the product ID
during the process.

... also, be sure that your version is 16.0.*.1303, and that you
have rebooted your computer since that update was applied.
