The above is installed on an ME system.
Clicking Money's shortcut results in the following message:-
"Installation of the money system pack was not successful. please install
it manually by double clicking the syspack.msi on your original product
CD."
Followed by a registration prompt (it seemingly appears every time).
Attempting to open a QIF results in the message:-
"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action. Create an association in the folder options Control Panel."
In an effort to resolve the issue, the chap attempted to uninstall but
was unable to do so as:-
"This action only valid for products that are currently installed."
The problems seemingly began after an online virus scan "cleaned" some
infected files - name of virus and name of "cleaned" files are unknown.
Suggestions welcomed :)
