Money 2004 Canadian

I've purchased Money 2004 Canadian version, found the
following problems.

i) The CD says 'Microsoft Money 2004 Canadian' but there
is nothing in the About dialog box to indicate that this
is a canadian edition.

ii) I'm not able to find the following big banks in Canada
Royal Bank (RBC)
Scotia Bank
PC Financial Bank
ING Direct (Canadian), there is ING Direct, but i
could not connect to the bank with my userid and password
thru money.

iii) I could find TD Canada Trust, but not able to
configure to update my accounts online automatically thru
web.

It would really be nice if we could find our Canadian
banks listed on this product and/or be able to update the
list of banks if we have an american or "standard"
product but it seems no-one knows -- and if you have an
OEM product, forget about getting support! Hopefully some
good samaritan will get back to you!!
