My son bought a new computer with XP which came with the
latest version of Money and I have an older computer with
98SE on which I use Money 2000. Since he has no use for
his Money, is there a way I can copy that version to my
computer?

Use the CD which came with your son's computer to install it on your
machine.

I guess I should have specified that Money came pre-
loaded on his new E-machine - no CD.

No.

Aside from the logistical problems previously noted, the license on the XP
machine is probably an "OEM license" and is likely technically ONLY VALID on
that one machine.
